Shipping policy

All orders are prepared within 24 business hours starting from the order confirmation date. We ship some day in week. If you think your order is delayed, you can contact our customer service team through thevalerieboutique@gmail.com and DM on Instagram.

Remember that delivery times may be affected in times of high volume (such as Christmas)

If you want to change the delivery address once your order has been placed, it is very important that you contact us inmediately. 

As soon as your order is displaced, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order.
